Frequently asked questions

How does sentiment classification work?+

The tool uses keyword matching against lists of positive and negative signal words. Reviews with more positive signals are classified as positive, and vice versa.

Is this as accurate as AI sentiment analysis?+

No. Keyword matching is a fast approximation. For production-grade sentiment analysis on large review sets, use a dedicated NLP tool.

Can I paste reviews from any marketplace?+

Yes. The tool works with any English-language text. Paste reviews from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or any other source.

How many reviews should I paste?+

The more the better. Aim for at least 20 reviews to get meaningful theme patterns. Fewer than 10 reviews may not surface reliable trends.
