Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of cruxfinder.com and any go-to-market services provided by Cruxfinder Consulting LLC ("Cruxfinder", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal, statement of work (SOW), or services agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with this page.

1. Our services

Cruxfinder is an AI-native GTM agency for B2B SaaS companies. Services may include:

  • Paid media strategy and management (LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other channels)
  • Outbound programs, including list building, data enrichment, and AI-assisted personalized outreach
  • GTM strategy, ICP and messaging development, and pipeline reporting
  • Automation, AI agents, and workflow setup within your sales and marketing stack

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in the applicable SOW.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to ad accounts, CRM, domains, inboxes, and other tools needed to deliver the work
  • Supply accurate information about your product, ICP, offers, and brand guidelines
  • Review and approve campaigns, copy, and audiences within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure your product claims, offers, and landing pages are lawful and accurate

3. Fees, billing, and ad spend

Retainer and project fees are invoiced as set out in the SOW, typically monthly in advance. Invoices are due within the stated payment terms; late payments may pause work.

Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid directly by you to the ad platforms unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tool, data, and sending infrastructure costs are billed as specified in the SOW.

4. Results and performance

We use proven processes and work toward agreed targets, but marketing and sales outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, your product, pricing, and sales follow-up. Unless explicitly stated in a signed SOW, we do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, meetings, pipeline, or revenue.

5. AI use

We use AI tools to research accounts, draft copy, analyze data, and automate workflows. Outputs are reviewed by our team before launch. We do not use your confidential data to train public AI models, and we select vendors that offer appropriate data protection commitments.

6. Outbound and advertising compliance

We design outbound and paid programs to follow applicable laws and platform policies, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK PECR, CASL where relevant, and the advertising policies of each platform. You are responsible for your offer and for honoring opt-out requests that reach your own systems. We may decline or pause activity we reasonably believe is non-compliant.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the campaign assets, copy, and creative produced specifically for you. Cruxfinder retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, software, and know-how, and grants you a license to use any of them embedded in your deliverables. Website content on cruxfinder.com is owned by Cruxfinder and may not be republished without permission.

9. Term and termination

Engagements run for the term in the SOW. Either party may terminate as set out in the SOW, or immediately for material breach not cured within 15 days of written notice. Fees for work performed and non-cancellable commitments up to termination remain payable.

10. Case studies and references

We will not publish your name, logo, or results without your written consent. We may describe engagements in anonymized form.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services and the website are provided on an "as is" basis except as expressly stated in a SOW. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruxfinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or platform account actions, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Acceptable use of the website

Do not misuse cruxfinder.com, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it in ways not permitted by law. Resources, newsletters, and free tools on the site are informational and not professional advice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless the SOW specifies otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Email priyansh@cruxfinder.com.
