Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Cruxfinder Consulting LLC ("Cruxfinder") handles personal data as an AI-native GTM agency for B2B SaaS companies. It covers visitors to cruxfinder.com, our clients and their teams, and business contacts we reach on behalf of clients.
1. Data we collect
- Contact details you submit through forms or call bookings, such as name, work email, company, role, and message
- Client account data shared during engagements, such as CRM records, ad account data, and campaign performance
- Business contact data for outbound, such as name, job title, company, work email, and public professional profile information, sourced from reputable B2B data providers and public sources
- Usage data from the website, such as pages viewed, device, browser, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics
2. How we use data
- To respond to inquiries and schedule growth calls
- To deliver paid media, outbound, and GTM services under our client agreements
- To research accounts and personalize relevant B2B outreach
- To measure campaign and website performance and improve our services
- To send updates you have opted into, and to meet legal and security obligations
3. Legal bases
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance for client work, legitimate interests for relevant B2B outreach and analytics (balanced against your rights), consent where required (for example, certain cookies and marketing emails), and legal obligation.
4. Our role for client data
When we process data on a client's behalf, such as their CRM contacts or campaign audiences, we act as a processor and follow the client's instructions under a data processing agreement. The client is the controller of that data.
5. AI and automation
We use AI tools to enrich, analyze, and draft personalized messaging. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely through automated processing. We do not allow our AI vendors to train public models on client confidential data where such controls are available.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, CRM, email sending, scheduling, analytics, ad platforms, payment processing, and B2B data vendors, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, or where required by law.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels, to understand site usage and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Outbound opt-out
If you received outreach from us or on behalf of a client, you can opt out at any time by replying to the message or emailing us. We maintain suppression lists so you are not contacted again.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process data in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the length of a client engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards, or as required by law. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect data.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.
